“Very nice n clean”

“Pessimo! Peggior servizio di pulizia che abbia mai visto. Ma tutto il personale dell’albergo veramente inadeguato e non professionale. Preferirei dormire in tenda piuttosto che tornare in questo hotel.”

“First, the guy at the valet was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, very comfortable. The restaurant food was great except they didn't receive their beer delivery so the beer options were limited. The elevators are a small but I would expect that in an old building. Check in and check took a total of 4 minutes combined. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Love the historical building. Felt like living in the early 1900’s but with the modern amenities (both room, AC and coffee maker etc).”

“We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and our 1 month of being married and the staff upgraded us to a suite! Everyone was super nice and the room was extremely clean! We will return in the future!”

“Very small fridge.....microwave constantly squealing when using it and the buttons were hard to get to work.....asked the housekeeping staff for TP twice in the week there and never got any...had to use some I'd bought. The complimentary breakfast was nothing but coffee juice breads waffles and cereal”

“Check-in easy, desk clerk was friendly. Entire hotel was super clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if in the area.”

“Good location if you’re looking for a spot downtown. The Hilton wasn’t as nice compared to others I’ve stayed in. Biggest issue is parking if you’re driving there. The only options were valet or city parking. We tried city parking at first but we ran into issues, so ended up doing valet.”
